The following assignment was given to students today. Students were told if they were unable to be in a group that they could work on their own however it is meant to be a group activity.
Fur Trade Cafe
-In groups of 3-4, you will create a menu item for our Fur Trade Cafe. You will pick one of the groups (Métis, voyageur/coureur des bois, habitant/seigneur, HBC, NWC) and will create a dish that reflects that group. This should be a dish that does not require heating or refrigeration.

kitkat HBC trading post, blue jello river with voyageurs, and habitant farmland
cake.

We will be having our Fur Trade Cafe on Monday, February 25th 2019. Students will have time during class to put any of their pieces together if they were unable to meet outside of class.
